A proven method for reducing inflammatory injuries, Hydrotherapy, as the name suggests, uses the application of cooling waters (or ice) to remove heat from a specific area on the horse's leg. To make this healing process more convenient for caretakers and efficient for horses, Equine Textiles offers an assortment of specially created Hydrotherapy products.
These Neoprene boots have elastic pockets made to fill with ice. Apply them easily to inflammatory injuries on the horse's leg. As the ice evaporates, they'll help to reduce swelling. So convenient, the horse can even remain mobile throughout the treatment. Comes with Velcro® Closures.

Leg Soakers

 Cold Water Boots
Pre-soak them in chilled water before applying them to the horse's leg. They're made from a special blend of cotton and select synthetics. Inside is an absorbent sponge while the exterior is twill fabric. They're made to resist dry rot and mildew so you can use them to your heart's (and your horse's) content. Keep them wet while they're on the horse and they'll do an excellent job of reducing swelling and tightening the legs.

 Crystal Packs
Made for use when hydrotherapy treatment is essential but there's
no ice on hand. The cold packs reduce swelling by evaporation.
Refrigerate them and they're cold again in no time!
The
crystal packs look like a sort of shipping boot. It covers
the entire canon bone and tendon area. It is made of a
dense nylon fabric with foam inserts. There are crystals
inside in "pockets". Once the crystals are wet they will
expand and become gel-like. Once the boot dries, the gel
then dries back to the original crystal state. .
