Consignments:
Consignsments may be purchased through our shopping cart software or calling our parent company, BitsAndBridles.com. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and money orders. Freight charges are based on your shipping zip code and item weight. Most items are shipped via Priority Mail with "delivery confirmation". For heavier items, UPS may be used for shipping. We make every effort to describe items to the best of our ability. Additional photos of any item are available by request. Remember, all items come with our "3 day examine and fit" return policy. Most items are shipped out within 48 hours. We will notify you by email of your shipment and tracking number. California residents will be charged sales tax.
The Chubby Pony is an equestrian consignment shop. All items are in the shop, under contract, to be sold at a set price, therefore, "offers" are not considered.

Payment Accepted:
We accept money orders, paypal, checks & all major credit cards through our own business's merchant services (Wells Fargo) or paypal.com. With checks we wait 7-10 business days for them to clear. When you are "checking out" you will be given all of these options to pay.
